We have really been blown away with the amount of entries and the amount of people who want to participate. The task of shortlisting the candidates will rest entirely on the shoulders of the following individuals

Meet your 2021 MBGN screening panelists….

Bryan Okwara also known as Ikenna Bryan Okwara is a Nigerian actor of Igbo descent and pageant contestant who won the title of Mr. Nigeria in 2007 and reached the semi-finals in the Mister World 2007 competition. He is also a brand ambassador. He will be One of our panelist present on July Monday 12th 2021 for the virtual screening.

Anna Ebiere Banner is a Nigerian pageant winner and actress. She was crowned the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria by 2012 MBGN Queen Isabella Ayuk in 2013 and represented Nigeria at the 2013 Miss World pageant. She will also be a panelist on Monday with Bryan.

May Ikeora is an independent research consultant and the co-founder of ThinkKnowAct Initiative, which focuses on human rights and empowering women and girls. She is an Associate for Women in Sustainable Enterprise Development (WISE) and The Gender Education and Enterprise Development for Africa (GEEDA) in the UK. She is also a previous director for Miss Nigeria. She will be a panelist on July Tuesday 13th 2021.

Denrele Edun
Denrele is known for his fashion style and personality.He started his television career as an actor at eleven when he played a presenter/producer on Kiddievision 101 on NTA Network. As an undergraduate at the University of Lagos he went into modelling, and after graduation, he joined Sound City as a TV presenter. Denrele studied English Education at the University of Lagos.Denrele is an entertainment personality whose style has been described as “punk and fun”. In an interview with ModernGhana, he stated “I am just expressing my individuality. Most people ask me that question and I would say I just want to be me. Some people think I dress (cross-dressing) like this to attract attention, but I have always had attention from childhood”. Denrele will be a panelist on the same day as May.

Debbie Collins
On 24 October 2015, Debbie was voted as the first runner-up of the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2015 while representing Ebonyi State. She represented Nigeria at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant in US. She was Miss World in 2016.Debbie represented Nigeria at the Miss World 2016. The Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant did not hold in 2016 and as first runner up in the previous 2015 event, she was selected to represent Nigeria at the Miss World 2016 pageant. She alone will be our panelist for the last day of the virtual screening which is on July Wednesday 14th.
The panelist have all had experience in different aspects of the entertainment business which will help them make choices properly.
